Terms Of Service

Please review these terms carefully before engaging Nexion Solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following conditions.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a project inquiry, placing an order, or engaging Nexion Solutions for any digital, creative, or technical service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope:These terms apply to all services offered by Nexion Solutions, including web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, branding and identity, video production, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and API integrations.

02. Our Services

Nexion Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of digital and technology services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project proposal, agreement, or invoice, which must be mutually approved before work begins.

  • Custom website design and development (HTML/CSS, React.js, Node.js, WordPress, Shopify)
  • Mobile application development for Android and iOS using Flutter
  • UI/UX Design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability audits
  • Branding and identity design, including logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems
  • Video production, motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional reels
  • E-commerce solutions, payment gateway integrations, and store management
  • On-page SEO, Core Web Vitals optimization, and speed auditing
  • Hosting configuration, SSL setup, domain management, and deployment
  • * Custom API development and third-party integrations (CRMs, payment systems, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.

03. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and high-quality delivery, clients are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities throughout the engagement:

  • Provide all required content, brand assets, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communications and feedback rounds within the agreed window (typically 48–72 business hours).
  • Ensure all materials submitted (images, text, logos, videos, etc.) are owned by you or properly licensed for commercial use.
  • Refrain from sharing credentials, source files, or project access with unauthorized third parties.
  • Provide clear, consolidated feedback. Conflicting instructions may extend timelines and are not the responsibility of Nexion Solutions.

Delays arising from the client's failure to meet these responsibilities do not constitute a breach on our part.

04. Payments & Billing

All pricing is agreed upon and confirmed in writing before project commencement. Our standard payment structure is:

  • 50% Advance Payment is required before work begins. This secures your project slot and covers initial development costs.
  • 50% Final Payment is due upon project completion, before delivery of final files, live deployment, or access credentials.

For large or multi-phase projects, milestone-based payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, PayPal, or other mutually agreed options.

Late Payments: Invoices unpaid for more than 7 days after the due date may result in a project pause. Nexion Solutions reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all outstanding balances are paid.

Refunds are not available once substantial project work has begun, unless Nexion Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed scope.

05. Project Revisions

Our revision policy is designed to ensure both quality and efficiency.

  • Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, as specified in the proposal, typically two to three per deliverable.
  • Revisions must remain within the original agreed scope. Requests for new features or major changes will be quoted separately.
  • Please submit all revision requests in writing, by email or WhatsApp, within seven days of receiving the deliverable.
  • Additional revision rounds beyond the included limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated in advance.

We encourage clients to consolidate all feedback into a single revision request to ensure the fastest and most accurate results.

06. Intellectual Property

Ownership of all final deliverables, including websites, app builds, design files, and brand assets, transfers to the client upon full and final payment. Until payment is complete, all work-in-progress remains the exclusive intellectual property of Nexion Solutions.

  • Nexion Solutions may feature completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • We may reference the client relationship in our credentials and proposals in a general, non-confidential way.
Third-Party Assets: Any third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, or licensed tools used in your project remain subject to their original license terms. The client is responsible for any ongoing licensing fees after handover.

07. Confidentiality

Nexion Solutions maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not share sensitive business data, trade secrets, technical details, or proprietary information with any third party without your explicit written consent.

Clients also agree not to disclose Nexion Solutions' internal workflows, pricing structures, proprietary methodologies, or unreleased source code to any third party without our written permission.

These obligations remain binding for two (2) years following project completion, unless a separate NDA with different terms has been executed between the parties.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations apply:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our deliverables or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, platforms, or external APIs after project handover.
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

We recommend that clients maintain regular backups of all data and configurations following project handover.

09. Termination Policy

  • Client-Initiated Termination: If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the upfront deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the termination date may be billed on a pro-rata basis and will be delivered once payment is received in full.
  • Nexion Solutions-Initiated Termination:We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if the client engages in abusive conduct, repeatedly fails to make agreed payments, or requests deliverables that conflict with our values or applicable law.

Upon termination, Nexion Solutions will provide all completed and paid-for work to the client in a suitable format within seven business days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Services are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

Nexion Solutions may update or amend these Terms of Services at any time. For material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify active clients by email when appropriate.

By continuing to use our services after any published revision, you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
